WHEN LOST OF WORDS JUST PRAISE HIM

Often after prolonged periods of seeking God and doing what you know best you can be left speechless with no words to tell God. This may also happen when you approach your prayer time and simply have no clue how to begin. My encouragement to you this week is consider praising Him.

For the past three weeks, my spirit has been singing “Praise Him” By Kelly Willard and Bob Fitts. It’s an old Integrity Hosanna Music Song. I either woke up singing that song or I could hear my spirit singing it before or after devotions. I finally downloaded the song then got what the Holy Spirit was communicating. He basically wanted me to stop my petitions and praise God.

I know it’s the end of the week – I hope you’ve had a good week, but if your week has been challenging, consider praising God for sustaining you through it. Consider praising Him for what He did in the past and for the pending promise He is about to fulfil. Consider praising God for the unknown and the unseen; this would be faith at work and a pleasing sacrifice as well.

After you have done all you know and have no more words to say- rest in God. Consider switching your prayers to a prayer of praise. Sacrifices are not limited to monetary gifts or offerings. Praise amidst the unknown is a great sacrifice. In fact, God says in Psalm 50:23Whoever offers praise glorifies Me: and to him that orders his conversation aright will I show him the salvation of God. Psalm 22:3- Yet I know that you are most holy; it’s indisputable. You are God-Enthroned, surrounded with songs, living among the shouts of praise of your princely people.

So why should you praise God again: – Because God has already seen the end from the beginning, because praise is a sacrifice that God responds to and because God abides right in your praise. When worry comes, praise Him, when anxiety comes, praise Him, when fear knocks, reject it, when anger comes, overcome it, then praise God. Praise is dimension of spiritual warfare.

Praise Him!

BELIEVE GOD FROM START TO FINISH

The conception of every new thing comes with much excitement and energy. The new thing could be an idea, vision, dream, goal month, baby, business; a new job, car, ministry, a new exercise routine; name it; any new thing! As you progress in the new thing though, you may experience challenges, twists and turns and or even growth spurts (the teenage stage of anything)! I encourage you this week to trust God in every stage of it.

He who begun a new thing in you will bring it to completion (Philipians1:6). As child of God, His plans for you are orchestrated by Him. Like a symphony conductor, allow God to walk you through the symphony of your life. Partner with Him in each stage of the process; in the exciting times and through the challenging period. I believe God likes to show Himself strong on your behalf through those twists and turns, that’s when we see His mighty hand of salvation, deliverance healing and restoration. We get to experience God as the chief conductor bringing the ensemble of the new things to high climax-all things working for our good (Romans 8:28). By consistently involving and trusting God, when you meet your goal you can testify to “thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1Corinthians 15:57)! Yeaaah! Kudos to you!

Commit your ways to the Lord and He will establish them. No matter where you are with your goals right now, commit that stage to the Lord right now. Engage God in it. God rejoices at your success. He celebrates with you (Zephaniah 3:17), believe God for every area of your life. Have faith in God. He will see you through to the end.
